Nyasha is an experienced software engineer who started his development career in the financial technology sector just after completing college. He designs and builds efficient software in Java and other related languages. Nyasha also has experiene in Front-end development, Software Testing, Agile software development and has worked on Monoliths as well as Microservices applications. His passion extends beyond software development, but also providing guidance and motivation to other developers just starting out in their careers.

Currently he is the Lead Java Developer in the ASA Group development team. While he had worked on developing enterprise java applications, the role of leading a software team was a challenge he accepted with enthusiasm. He loves encouraging others to push their boundaries and achieve more than they thought are capable of. Nyasha is also studying for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Johannesburg Business School with the University of Johannesburg.

The senior role gave him an opportunity to practice the lessons of leadership and management he had always been a student of before in his career. He belives that the culture of an organisation created by the leadership is the most important tenet to the success of an organisation. He learns something new always through participating in the several client projects of the company. Nyasha appreciates the opportunity to influence the team culture of the development team at ASA.

Alain is an experienced software engineer who has demonstrated expertise in all aspects of the software development lifecycle. He is a results-driven and creative problem-solver who is motivated to deliver exceptional results. He has a proven track record of extraordinary achievements, strong attention to detail, and the ability to finish projects on schedule.

Alain has a wealth of experience in various industries and has worked on different projects as a backend engineer, senior software developer, lead developer, and full-stack developer. His most recent experience includes designing and building scalable backend applications, experimenting and researching with technologies to improve performance and scalability,redesigning and rebuilding old codebases, performance testing, documenting and quality assurance.

In addition to his technical skills, Alain has also been involved in mentoring developers and introducing technologies and best practices to improve the performance of existing applications. He has also participated in the Andela Technical Leadership Program (ATLP) where he has learned to be a better team player, leader, and professional.
